By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. "Patriot Poop Scooper," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the dog waste cleanup service operating in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

Website information and quotes

This website provides general information. Availability, timing, service scope, frequency, and pricing can vary by property and are confirmed directly. A call or email is an inquiry; it does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability.

Service arrangements

Before service begins, the applicable property access, service areas, waste placement, price, and schedule will be confirmed with you. A specific written service agreement or quote accepted by both parties controls if it conflicts with these website terms. Please share access instructions, locked gates, hazards, and pet safety needs before a visit.

Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse site content or contact information.

Content and third-party services

We aim to keep information useful, but the site may change or be interrupted. This site may link to third-party services, including the Sweep & Go quote and registration page, which have their own terms and privacy practices.

Liability and governing law

Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These website terms do not replace or expand the terms of an agreed service arrangement. Pennsylvania law applies, without limiting consumer rights that apply by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Contact Patriot Poop Scooper at [email protected] or 484-747-2505.
